We are searching for an experienced Growth Administrator. Make an Impact at RSM UK. RSM UK Employer Services offers flexible Pay and People services, giving clients all the protection, advice and operational support they need to be fully compliant, as well as back-office services and software only cloud-based solutions. This could be anything from the supply of a customised online payroll and HR solution to a fully managed outsourced solution. The position sits within the Pay and People Growth team consisting of sales and client experience.
We are looking for a Growth Administrator to join our Southampton office. In this role, you will be tasked with providing outstanding administration support to the Pay and People growth team, including comprehensive support as required for individual projects. We are seeking a proactive, organised individual to join RSM Pay and People growth team. This position would ideally suit someone looking to begin a career in business development at ground level.

Responsibilities
- Providing effective relationship management to the Pay and People Growth team and prospective clients.
- Supporting the Growth team’s prospecting activities and tasks to both new and existing clients.
- Monitoring and contacting incoming enquiries via the website, before assigning to the relevant team member.
- Undertaking and assisting with lead generation activities including some prospecting via email, LinkedIn and telephone calls following up on ‘warm’ marketing activity.
- Compiling and managing quotations (including global payroll quotes) and proposals/tender documents in line with RSM’s brand.
Qualifications
- Experience of providing excellent client care in a proactive, fast paced, office-based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines.
- GCSE Maths and English Language – Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent).
