Due Diligence Manager

RSM is one of the world’s largest networks of public accounting firms, delivering audit, tax, and consulting services to middle‑market businesses. Our Consulting group, led by the six core solutions—business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring—focuses on delivering client‑centric solutions. As part of this team, you will support the Due Diligence function, driving growth and value for our clients.
We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team, focusing on the financial services sector. The role involves executing financial due diligence assignments on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions and supporting the team in new business generation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client acceptance and engagement take‑on processes.
- Undertake and review financial analysis and interpret outputs.
- Identify key deal issues and commercial observations.
- Prepare and review report writing and team draft outputs.
- Liaise with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Transaction Services / due diligence environment.
- Previous experience with TMT sector deals and a strong desire to focus on this sector going forward.
- Exposure to a variety of transaction types and sizes.
- High level of accuracy, diligence and integrity.
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Ideal: a professional accountancy qualification.
