What you’ll do
Deal Services - Working on the deals that shape industries and futures. You’ll support clients through the full deal lifecycle—whether they’re buying, selling, raising investment or planning what’s next. In all placement roles you’ll have exposure to clients and key intermediaries, providing a solution‑focused approach to drive success for clients and the firm. You’ll learn to deliver data‑driven, bespoke insights, value‑add assurance and high‑quality execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
You’ll need:
- A predicted honours degree
- To be enrolled on a placement degree
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications
- OR 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
We don’t accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQs.

The start date for this role is 15 September 2026. Our start dates are mandatory due to internal and professional training.

- VACs held in November and December 2025
- Final Stages in December 2025 and January 2026
You will be informed of the outcome at each stage after all applications and assessments are reviewed. RSM will take only one application into consideration per recruitment cycle.
