Our national Capital Allowances team supports a wide range of businesses, covering all aspects of the property and investment lifecycle. We pride ourselves on serving a wide range of clients from standalone capex projects to nationally significant projects that span multiple years and billions of investments. Joining our team, you will be an integral part of a high‑performing specialist team, recognised by our clients and the wider firm as being at the cutting edge of our business. Based in one of our offices in the South region (Bristol, Gatwick, Guildford, Reading or Southampton), you will be in an environment where you will have the opportunity to accelerate your knowledge, skills and development in a creative, entrepreneurial and supportive team – as well as working with lots of fantastic clients along the way.
Responsibilities- Act as an expert advisor, guiding clients with their capital allowances affairs and supporting the wider business when matters arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ranging from owner‑managed businesses and middle‑market organisations to large multinational groups.
- Play a leading role in business development, proposals and targeting initiatives, making a significant contribution to the overall future development and success of not only your specialist team, but your local office, geographic region and the wider firm.
- Develop and support a growing team, being a mentor and sharing your skillset and knowledge.
- Build an external network of peers, maintaining an understanding of the breadth of the firm’s capability and the general business and economic factors relevant to our clients.

- RICS/ATT/ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
- Specialist in Capital Allowances.
- Ability to people‑manage, focusing on building and developing individuals as well as being able to identify existing talent within the team.
- Passion for business development and ability to identify potential fee‑earning opportunities.
