Join our paid three-day in-person work shadowing programme on 28th October 2025, where you’ll be immersed in our Consulting team.
Our Consulting team collaborates to provide tailored, client-centric solutions, delivering premium service through every interaction, and helping our clients build sustainable, future-ready businesses.
The core of our Consulting services includes: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring.

During the programme, you’ll:
- Attend insight sessions across Consulting.
- Engage in group activities to develop skills such as communication and teamwork.
- Participate in networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability sessions.
- Hear from current students about their career journeys.
- Provide feedback during a debrief session.
- Receive a certificate of achievement recognizing your skills development.
What we are looking for:

We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. To be eligible, you should:
- Be in Year 12 or 13.
- Have predicted at least 112 UCAS points from three A levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
- Be enthusiastic about learning new skills and expanding your knowledge.
The programme starts on 28th October. Successful candidates must be available for the full duration.
Note: If you haven\’t obtained your predicted grades yet, please state 112 UCAS points in your application and complete the education section as best as possible.
Our recruitment process includes:
- Completing an online application.
- Participating in an online assessment (numerical reasoning).
- Having a 30-minute one-on-one telephone interview.
