If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.

Smart people. Real progress. Your future — your way
You’ve always been the one asking, what if we did it differently? The one who saw not just how things worked, but how they could work better. The one who isn’t content with easy answers or off-the-shelf solutions.
That’s what makes you a consultant, whether you knew it yet or not.
At RSM Consulting, we work alongside clients navigating complex, high-stakes situations. You’ll be right there with them, thinking clearly, acting boldly, and helping them find the way forward. We’re growing, fast. And we’re building something different. Not just a career path, but a place where your strengths are seen, your ideas are heard and your potential is backed.

Some of our roles have a closing date which you can find below. Due to the volume of applications we receive we may close applications early so we recommend applying as early as possible.

Why consulting? Why now?
Because the world is asking bigger questions - and businesses need sharper answers. Consulting is about tackling challenges that don’t have easy fixes. It’s about solving real problems, supporting decision-makers and driving meaningful change in every corner of the economy — from finance to fashion, digital to distribution, housing to healthcare.
We’re building something more agile, more human, a Consulting practice where your voice is heard, your career moves quickly and your individuality is part of our strength.
We’ve brought together over 40 lines of business into a powerful six-solution model. We’re collaborating across borders. We’re investing in digital capability, client innovation and future-facing skills. And we’re doing it with people who genuinely care about doing the right thing for clients, for each other and for the world around us.
You’ll begin your journey in one of two core teams:

Risk Assurance -Help clients manage uncertainty with confidence. You’ll advise on governance, assess risk, and provide clear insight that builds trust and supports growth.
Finance Function Support (FFS) -Work with businesses to improve the financial decisions that drive everything else. From reporting and analysis to process improvements, you’ll help clients see their numbers, and their options, more clearly.
As you grow, you’ll have the chance to experience other parts of RSM Consulting including business transformation, forensics, restructuring and deal services. Wherever your path takes you, we’ll make sure it reflects your strengths and ambitions.
What you’ll do:

  • Work with real clients from day one
  • Use data, insight and digital tools to solve complex challenges
  • Be part of multi-disciplinary teams that learn from each other
  • Build a broad skillset — commercial, technical, relational
  • Study for your ACA or CIMA qualification with full support

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for thoughtful, driven people who want to learn and who see value in perspectives that aren’t their own.

You might be:

  • Analytical and curious
  • A clear communicator
  • Digitally aware and comfortable using new tools
  • Motivated by the idea of doing good work that matters

We’re open to people from all degree disciplines, and we value different experiences and ways of thinking.

You’ll need:

  • A predicted or achieved honours degree
  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications
  • OR 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)

Please note: We don’t accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQs.

The start date for this role is on 12 January 2026. Please note, our start dates are mandatory due to the internal and professional training you receive upon joining the firm, to offer you the best start to your career with us.

A team made stronger by differences.

We believe diversity of experience, of perspective and of voice makes us better consultants and better colleagues.

That means creating a culture where people don’t feel the need to edit who they are. A place where personality isn’t polished off, it’s welcomed in. Where you can speak up, be heard, and know your opinion counts. Because when you bring your individuality to our team, you make us stronger.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Be part of a growing, future-focused consulting team
  • Do meaningful work with clients who trust you to deliver
  • Learn fast, develop deeply, and take your career in your direction
  • Work in an environment where people respect what makes you different
  • Build a foundation for a career that’s rewarding — on your terms
