What is the Early Digital Careers Graduate Programme? It’s your opportunity to not only build digital expertise, but to apply it with purpose on real projects, with real clients and with real responsibility from day one.
Internally, we’re not just embracing digital. We’re leading with it. And with our new AI Lab, launched in partnership with Intellixcore, we’re exploring how to embed cutting‑edge generative AI into how we work, responsibly, securely and with impact.
Where could you start? You’ll join our Technology Assurance team, helping businesses unlock new value using digital tools, platforms and strategies. This team offers a unique route into high‑impact, tech‑enabled work.
Technology Assurance — Work across a global client base in sectors like pharma, automotive and tech. Gain certifications in areas like AI and IT audit while supporting clients with their most complex technology challenges.
Beyond digital — the consulting mindset. Digital consulting is about more than tools. It’s about people. You’ll work closely with teams and clients to understand problems, explore possibilities and recommend solutions. Along the way, you’ll develop:
- Project management and change leadership experience
- Communication, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and cross‑sector understanding
- Strategic problem‑solving techniques rooted in data and insight
And, crucially, you’ll learn how to use digital solutions to drive value in context.
What we’re looking for: We’re looking for people who see what digital can do and want to be part of shaping how it’s done. You might be:
- Naturally analytical, always trying to get to the heart of the problem
- Digitally curious, with a passion for emerging tech, AI, or automation
- A relationship builder, collaborative, client‑focused and great at listening
- Organised and proactive, balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment
- A lifelong learner, open to new ideas, new tools and constant growth
You’ll need:
- A predicted or achieved honours degree
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification)
- Or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
Please note: we don’t accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQs. The start date for this role is on 15 September 2026. Please note, our start dates are mandatory due to the internal and professional training you receive upon joining the firm, to offer you the best start to your career with us.
