We operate a flexible hybrid-working model in the team, focusing on being where we can most effectively provide support to the service lines, which can occasionally involve travel to UK-based offices.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Reviewing matters escalated to the AML team to ensure that risks have been appropriately identified, evaluated, and documented.
- Performing ongoing monitoring for our clients, evaluating potential ‘hits’ and working with the client team to determine appropriate actions.
- Assisting with ID verification, either through evaluating exceptions and determining appropriate resolutions, or working directly with the client to obtain appropriate evidence to support the level of risk.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, specifically capable of being clear, concise, and precise.
- A natural curiosity and desire to get to the bottom of things.
- A flexible and adaptable working style and enjoy learning and working as a team.
- A strong ‘moral compass’.
- A desire to provide world-class customer service.
- A keen eye for detail but is also able to stand back and consider the specific context and circumstances of a case.
What we can offer you:
- Hybrid and Flexible working.
- 25 Days Holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days).
- Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.
- Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse Talent Development team.
