Have you ever wanted to get a real insight into audit? Think of our Audit team as financial detectives. We dig deep into a company’s numbers, processes, and controls to make sure everything adds up and the financial statements tell the real story. Our job is to give confidence that the information shared with the public is accurate and fair. A strong audit challenges how a business operates and helps make it better from the inside out, building trust in what is delivered to all stakeholders.
You’ll experience and learn

After the programme
At the end of your programme, you’ll receive a certificate of achievement to recognise the skills you have developed. After the programme, you could have the opportunity to fast track your application for a 2027 Audit apprenticeship opportunity at RSM.
What we are looking for
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If that sounds like you and you want to learn more about working in audit, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. To be eligible, you’ll need to:
- Be in Year 12/13 – S5/S6
- Be predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification
- No prior audit experience required, just an enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding your knowledge

The start date for our two-day work experience programme is Tuesday 27 October 2026. Successful candidates must be available for the full duration of the programme.
