Make an impact at RSM UK. Join our paid, three‑day in‑person work experience programme on 27 October 2026 and immerse yourself in our Tax team, covering VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances, and Tax Investigations.

What you will do:

  • Attend insight sessions across the Tax business.
  • Participate in group sessions developing communication, teamwork, networking, personal branding, wellbeing, and employability skills.
  • Hear from current students and learn about their career journeys.

Eligibility:

  • Currently in Year 12 or 13.
  • Predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A‑levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding your knowledge.

Recruitment process:

  • Online application followed by a numerical reasoning assessment.
  • Successful candidates invited to a service‑line job simulation video and written interview (45 minutes).
  • Assessment must be completed within seven days of invitation.

RSM will accept only one application per recruitment cycle. If your first preference is not available, an alternative may be offered.
