Our Tax Technology team is dynamic, fast‑paced and mission‑driven. The role of the Delivery & Governance Manager (AI, Automation & Digital Skills) is an internal, national, tax business‑facing, high‑visibility role where you will ensure the team's priorities are translated into clear, coordinated, and well‑executed delivery across multiple workstreams. You will provide end‑to‑end delivery visibility, ensuring progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers are actively managed and resolved. Working closely with delivery owners and stakeholders, you will help maintain momentum, resolve issues, and ensure delivery is predictable and transparent.

This is a hands‑on delivery role in a small, fast‑moving team, combining delivery management, coordination, and active problem‑solving. You will also support Agile delivery practices where relevant.

You will make an impact by:

  • Turning strategic priorities into clear, trackable, and well‑executed delivery plans
  • Maintaining real‑time visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers
