Join the Consulting Technical Team. We are looking for a Consulting Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training across our Risk and Governance solution. This role will work closely with colleagues across the Consulting six solutions to design and deliver clear, engaging and relevant courses.
Responsibilities:- Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in person.
- Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy and compliance with current standards.
- Convert business needs into practical learning experiences.
- Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
- Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
- Manage projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
- Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Be a driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
- CIA or ACA / CA qualified with a good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
