RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director to join our Midlands consulting team. You will lead technically challenging accounting and financial reporting assignments under FRS102, IFRS and UK GAAP, guiding clients through complex transformations and ensuring high-quality execution.
You’ll contribute to proposals, coach junior staff, and take the lead on projects such as IFRS transition work, group reconstructions, and advisory assignments, collaborating closely with Partners to grow the business.
