We are looking for a supervisor to join RSM’s Accounting and Financial Reporting team in Glasgow to provide delivery and supervision of accountancy services to corporate clients, while always promoting the firm.
Responsibilities
- Preparing annual financial statements for corporate clients, including accounts for audit
- Ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard and within deadline
- Taking the lead on assignments when required, ensuring work is delivered effectively
- Supervising and coaching junior team members, assisting with their day-to-day training and development
- Delivering excellent client service at all times
- Communicating any issues or concerns to managers or partners, offering practical solutions where possible
Qualifications
- ICAS or ACCA qualified or part-qualified or similar experience
- A strong understanding of UK financial reporting requirements
- Experience of working to FRS102
- Strong communicator with proven experience of building strong client relationships at all levels
