Our continued growth and commitment to the evolution of RSM into a Digital First business presents a rare opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Systems Manager to play a key role in supporting the systems and processes that form an essential (and regulated) element of the firm’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Make configuration changes to systems.
- Monitor system performance and efficiency.
- Drive change when enhancing existing systems and launching new ones.
- Manage data migration and ensure accuracy.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to system owners, respond to user queries, and be the key point of contact for system issues.
- Provide input into the development roadmap for relevant systems based on known issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support change management for enhancements and related data migration activities.
- Communicate system downtime and issue status to owners and users, providing advance notice where possible and additional support during affected periods.
- Produce monthly and quarterly dashboards on operational data sourced from relevant systems for presentation to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience managing systems, stakeholders, and juggling competing workstreams.
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships while holding people accountable to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and precise.
- Strong eye for detail while being able to see the bigger picture.
- Experience level: Assistant Manager acceptable for less experienced candidates.
