The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
You should be able to demonstrate that you can lead and manage finance transformation projects, have a strong understanding of finance process design, and evidence that you have delivered value to the organisations you've worked with previously. We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage finance transformation projects, including process redesign, technology implementations (e.g. ERP upgrades, automation tools), and operating model redesign.
- Design and implement Finance Target Operating Models, including organisational design, service delivery models and governance frameworks.
- Ensure depth in finance processes (e.g. FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C) and a strong understanding of what 'good looks like' across these areas.
- Lead engagements, plan and facilitate workshops to confirm objectives and requirements, identify process gaps, analyze impact, and propose solutions.
- Play a critical role in helping clients leverage the latest digital technologies and best practices to modernise their finance function and achieve business goals.
- Lead the team to deliver a high-quality service for our clients and facilitate client workshops.
Qualifications
- Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc).
- Significant PQE experience with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally within a professional services environment and/or a strong mix of in-house business experience and consulting experience.
- Experience in leading large-scale finance transformation projects, including process redesign, technology implementations, and/or operating model redesign.
- Experience in designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models.
- Strong understanding of finance processes across FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C, with deep expertise in at least a couple.
