The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include building strong capability within teams, recognising and responding to strengths of individuals and client requirements. You will motivate your team and ensure maximum efficiency of reward spend. Providing advice on the tax treatment of a wide range of share plans during implementation and operation, and on transactions is essential. Implementing share plan structures, including preparing the necessary legal documentation, and advising on the valuation of shares for tax purposes are key tasks.

Working alongside our RSM colleagues from across the world, you will provide advice on international share incentive structures. Briefing junior staff on the client's business and the pre-project instructions, supervising, and controlling the completion of work, and undertaking 'on the job' training and appraisals where necessary are also part of the role. Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, then working on the design of new employee incentive schemes is crucial.

  • Experience of working in a Share Plans / Reward team at a reputable accountancy, law, or consulting firm.
  • Relevant professional qualification, for example, ATT, CTA, ACA, or Solicitor.
  • Proven experience in client handling and project management.
  • Experience in producing exceptional quality work for demanding clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
