Join RSM UK as a Director within our Global VAT Compliance & Reporting (GVCR) team and take ownership of a strategically important function delivering complex VAT compliance, e-invoicing, and reporting solutions across the UK, EU, and global markets.
This is a high‐impact leadership role with responsibility for driving operational excellence, scaling delivery capability, enhancing client experience, and influencing the future direction of our managed compliance services.
You will work at the centre of a fast‐evolving international tax and regulatory landscape, partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders across tax, technology, operations, and client leadership teams.
As Director, you will lead the Project Management function responsible for the end‐to‐end lifecycle of global client engagements from commercial handover and onboarding through to ongoing compliance delivery and transformation initiatives.
You will own the strategic oversight of client delivery operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the senior point of accountability for delivery governance, client satisfaction, operational performance, and team leadership.
This role requires a commercially minded leader with strong programme‐management capability, the ability to drive cross‐functional collaboration at scale, and the confidence to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
