The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

  • As part of the Finance Transformation team you will be working closely with clients and it is critical that you establish trust and credibility quickly to build effective relationships.

    You must be a team player, have a \’can do\’ attitude and understand that the best solutions come from collaboration and exchange of ideas.

  • You will be a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter, who is organised, proactive and inquisitive. Ideally, you will already have been involved in Transformation projects and can demonstrate the value delivered to organisations with which you\’ve worked. You should be comfortable in managing the team and juggling multiple deadlines.
  • You will contribute to client proposals and presentations and our clients will see you as a trusted advisor to work closely with them in identifying, analysing, and solving their business challenges.

  • Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc.). Desirable but not essential.
  • Solid & demonstrable PQE experience with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong academic record: preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree (such as finance, accounting, business management or data analytics).
  • Good understanding of finance processes and what \’good looks like\’ (e.g. across financial planning & analysis (FP&A), record-to-report (R2R), procure-to-pay (P2P), and order-to-cash (O2C)).
  • Able to use knowledge of \’good practice\’ to identify process gaps, analyse the impact and work with more senior team members to propose solutions to address these.
  • Ability to work in cross‑functional project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive change in complex environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with some experience of delivering transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Good written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Good client relationship management skills.
  • Must be a team player, able to work in virtual teams and independently.
  • Proactive, organised, and self‑motivated.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
