Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of two critical projects, overseeing all phases from business change requirements and training through to build, testing, and change management.
- Lead the integration of systems as specified by the integrations requirements, through design, build, test and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and track progress against these plans.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, actions and decisions proactively seeking solutions to prevent project delays, escalating to programme manager as needed.
- Facilitate regular project, governance and technical stand‑up meetings, providing clear updates to business stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Manage transition to operational state including infrastructure and support team readiness.
- Monitor and report on project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques to measure progress and outcomes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Project manage one or more NetSuite (and other) ERP implementations from start to finish or specific stages of project.
- Advise and lead clients on the delivery of a portfolio of small, medium and large projects, including defining governance, deliverables, managing timelines, budgets, reporting and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain project records and project plans in a timely and accurate manner to drive accurate reporting and delivery.
- Liaise with resourcing managers and leads to allocate appropriately skilled and experienced functional, technical and development resources to projects to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
- Escalate project issues and concerns with recommendations in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project management, preferably within Professional Services.
- Strong ITIL and service transition knowledge.
- Experience with implementing integrated SSAS platforms as well as cloud technologies and software development projects within a complex, data driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on IT project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
