On behalf of RSM UK, we seek an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join our Legal team in London. This role offers opportunity to supervise junior solicitors, manage caseload, and develop relationships with UK and international clients.

What you’ll make an impact on:

  • Lead as the point of contact for the team on specific employment law matters.
  • Identify, lead on, and progress business development opportunities, pitching for work with both new and existing clients.
  • Pro‑actively identify future changes in employment law and government policy.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise with the delivery of a premium, solutions‑driven service to our clients.
  • Develop future talent by supervising and assisting junior members of the team with their personal development.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, National Minimum Wage, due diligence work and employment tribunal claims.
  • Experience developing client relationships and proactively identifying issues and finding solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet client deadlines.
  • Experience working in a team environment on projects and transactional matters.
  • Experience of advocacy and dealing with regulatory inspections.
