Private equity relationship leadership: Build and maintain senior-level relationships, through generating regular meetings and contact, with investment, value creation, PE firm c-suite and port co management teams.
Coverage and market presence: Develop a wide external network through a regular cadence of PE firm meetings.
Account management: Lead priority PE accounts, driving cross-service opportunities and positioning the firm as a trusted long-term adviser.
People development: Line manage and develop more junior members of the team and support the development of Private Equity specialists across our firm, at all levels, including Director and Partner.
Experience in a client-facing, commercially driven role within professional services, or Private Equity.
Solid understanding of mid-market PE dynamics and the investment lifecycle.
Demonstrable experience managing client relationships independently.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.

We are seeking an Associate Director to play a central role in developing and deepening relationships with mid-market Private Equity funds and translating those relationships into long-term, multi-service clients, across Funds, Transactions and Portfolio Companies.
This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, commercial strategy, market insight and firm-wide coordination. You will spend a significant portion of your time in the market working closely with the C-Suite of the PE firm, investment teams, value creation partners, management teams, plus internal partners and service lines to strengthen our position as a trusted adviser across the full Private Equity ecosystem.
