Processes coordinating joiner, leaver and employee change activity across Reward, Payroll, People Systems and external providers. Ensuring administration is completed accurately and in line with agreed deadlines and controls. Supporting the Reward Advisor in the annual benefit election window (Oct-Jan). Utilising existing documentation, updating and mapping Reward administration processes from initiation through to completion. Creating and updating SOPs, process maps and supporting guidance documents.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Reward, payroll, benefits administration or a related HR operational role.
- Strong process mapping and SOP writing capability.
- Good understanding of payroll linked processes, controls and data management - knowledge of Workday beneficial.
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across Reward, Payroll, Shared Services, People Systems and external providers.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and process mapping tools i.e. Visio.
