Strengthen the Corporate Finance team and grow the execution and origination capabilities, key to achieving our ambitions. Join RSM UK Consulting’s Corporate Finance Faculty as an experienced M&A Associate Director and make an impact across transactions, risk, consulting and outsourcing.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement processes from start to finish.
- Lead deal teams and support local team management.
- Liaise with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during transaction execution.
- Oversee the production of deal documentation, including Information Memoranda, Teasers and Buyer Research packs.
- Research, prepare and support presentations/sales pitches for new business.
- Build relationships with potential clients and intermediaries (private equity houses, banks and corporates).
- Lead origination capabilities and develop new deals.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of M&A experience (PQE), with a track record on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions and finance raising.
- Strong numerical, financial and modelling skills with a well‑developed understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to spot inefficiencies and passion for continuous improvement.
