Step into a key position within VAT compliance at RSM UK as a VAT Compliance Analyst in our Global VAT Team (GVAT).

As a VAT Compliance Analyst, you will support the delivery of high‑quality, centralised VAT services for a diverse portfolio of international clients across the UK and EU.

You’ll act as a trusted point of contact throughout the compliance lifecycle—from onboarding clients to managing VAT obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with global stakeholders, you’ll ensure timely, accurate and cost‑effective VAT return delivery, identify opportunities to enhance VAT efficiency, and contribute to continuous process improvements in collaboration with RSM specialists.

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, overseeing their indirect tax compliance requirements and ensuring all VAT filings are completed accurately and on time.
  • Supporting the seamless setup, maintenance and documentation of VAT processes to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Reviewing and analysing client data to spot potential VAT risks or opportunities, and working closely with global VAT specialists to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to build a supportive, high‑performing team environment where knowledge is shared and service standards remain consistently high.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of VAT processes by participating in efficiency and automation projects that strengthen service delivery and improve client experience.
