RSM UK is seeking an experienced Early Careers Senior Specialist to manage our graduate, school leaver, and placement pipelines. You will lead a small team, design and deliver work experience, internships and placements, and partner with internal stakeholders to meet hiring needs.

You will champion a seamless candidate experience across the recruitment journey, ensure high-quality service, and drive conversion from work experience to permanent hires through collaboration with People Operations.
