Our transactions tax specialists support a variety of services, including tax due diligence reviews, advice on private‑equity structures, vendor assistance and management tax planning.
As part of RSM's national M&A Tax faculty, you will work closely with a regional partner and contribute to developing and delivering the firm’s transactions tax offering.
You will lead a range of challenging projects across different industries.
- You’ll Make An Impact By
- Managing an exciting variety of M&A tax projects.
- Delivering tax structuring advice pre‑ and post‑transaction to provide tax‑efficient solutions for clients.
- Writing technical descriptions of clients’ projects for inclusion in reports.
- Supporting strategic targeting and business‑development activity, especially in the private‑equity space, in collaboration with the Transactions Tax Partner.
- Leading people management and playing an active role in training and career development through coaching, formal training, and career conversations.
- Researching and preparing proposals for new work and presenting to prospective clients.
- What We Are Looking For
- CTA or ATII qualification preferred, ideally with an accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
- Significant prior experience as Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director.
- Excellent knowledge of Transactions Tax, either as a specialist or as a Corporate Tax professional.
- Proven client‑handling and project‑management experience, building and sustaining relationships.
- Business‑development experience or strong interest in business development.
- Commitment to an inclusive approach to team development, offering opportunities for performance management and support.
