<div><h2>Finance Transformation Team</h2> <p>Finance Transformation team sits within our growing Business Transformation Consulting practice.</p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join us.</p> <p>Over the last few years, we have seen a change in the work that traditional back‑office functions, like Finance, deliver and how it is delivered.</p> <p>CFOs face increasing complexity and an ever‑changing business environment.

They are tasked with driving enterprise performance, participating in strategic direction and growth, whilst also running an effective and efficient finance function.

This has accelerated how Finance operates and has resulted in a need for Finance to become more agile, streamlined, and efficient, enabling the delivery of more accurate, reliable and insightful financial information.

Many CFOs are struggling to navigate and manage these changes.</p> <p>Here at RSM, we partner with CFOs to design and implement future‑ready Finance operating models.

With experience in Transformation projects and a demonstrated value delivered to organisations, comfortable managing a team and juggling multiple deadlines.</li> <li>Contributing to client proposals and presentations, acting as a trusted advisor to work closely with clients in identifying, analysing, and solving their business challenges.</li> <li>Receiving exciting client opportunities, clear career development path, and promotion opportunities for those wanting to succeed and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment.</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Finance qualification (e. g.

ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc.) – desirable but not essential.</li> <li>Solid, demonstrable PQE with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally within a professional services environment.</li> <li>Strong academic record – preferably a relevant or business‑focused degree (finance, accounting, business management, data analytics).</li> <li>Good understanding of finance processes and what ‘good looks like’ (e. g.
