ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc.) – desirable but not essential.</li> <li>Solid, demonstrable PQE with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally within a professional services environment.</li> <li>Strong academic record – preferably a relevant or business‑focused degree (finance, accounting, business management, data analytics).</li> <li>Good understanding of finance processes and what ‘good looks like’ (e. g.
