RSM UK Deal Services is seeking an Ethics and Independence Director to lead the Independence Team, advising on ethics and independence for non-audit services across the firm. You will design and implement systems in line with ISQM1, develop learning materials, respond to regulator queries, and guide junior staff while collaborating with IT, risk and compliance to deliver robust processes and timely compliance.
