Make an Impact at RSM UK

There has never been a more exciting time to join RSM UK's digitally led Forensic Technology practice. As this area continues to grow, we are expanding our eDiscovery capability and offering the opportunity to take on a hands‑on Manager role within a dynamic and ambitious team. Our Forensic Technology team supports clients across litigation, regulatory investigations and internal corporate matters, combining technical expertise with practical project delivery to manage data, workflows and review activity in complex and often high‑profile situations.

As a Manager in our eDiscovery team, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery of engagements across the eDiscovery lifecycle, from forensic data collection and processing through review management and production. You will manage day‑to‑day activity, communicate with clients, support junior practitioners and work closely with senior colleagues across the wider Forensic practice.

You'll Make An Impact By:

  • Supporting and managing the delivery of eDiscovery engagements across litigation, regulatory and internal investigation matters
  • Acting as a day‑to‑day client contact on active matters, providing guidance on workflows and platform use while escalating where needed
  • Managing data processing, ingestion and quality control within eDiscovery platforms, ensuring accuracy and defensibility throughout
  • Supporting the design and implementation of review workflows, including technology‑assisted review and AI‑assisted review tools
  • Producing clear reports and workflow documentation, mentoring junior practitioners, and supporting engagement administration, budgets, WIP and billing activity

What We Are Looking For:

You will be an experienced eDiscovery, litigation support or forensic technology professional with strong hands‑on platform experience and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to case delivery. You will bring technical understanding across the EDRM, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while supporting clients and junior colleagues.

Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Experience in eDiscovery, litigation support or a related forensic technology discipline, ideally within professional services, a law firm or legal technology environment
  • Practical experience administering eDiscovery platforms, ideally RelativityOne, with familiarity with processing tools such as Nuix
  • Solid understanding of the EDRM, with experience across collection, processing, review and production stages
  • Exposure to technology‑assisted review or AI‑assisted review tools, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, with relevant certifications such as RCA or EDRM advantageous but not essential

What We Can Offer You:

We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.

  • 27 Days Holiday
  • Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP
  • Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse Talent Development team

Diversity and Inclusion at RSM:

At RSM, we want to create a strong sense of belonging so that people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures feel they can bring their true self to work. Our clients come from all walks of life. We aim to achieve that same diversity of background, experience and perspective in our own teams, so that we can genuinely understand our client’s needs. Diverse teams bring a broader range of ideas and insights to work. That's why we're working together to ensure our firm's principles and processes support a firm culture that embraces difference and strengthens inclusion.
