Associate Data Architect We are searching for an experienced Associate Data Architect Make an Impact at RSM UK We are seeking an Associate Data Architect to support the design, implementation and improvement of the firm’s core data architecture across enterprise functions.

Working with the Data Architect, the role will help ensure that the enterprise data platforms align to agreed architecture standards.

The role will play an important part in strengthening the firm’s internal data processes across finance, people, clients, operations, risk and compliance.

It will help assure and validate data design decisions, identify duplication or inefficiency, and support improvements in how enterprise data is structured, governed, integrated and delivered.

This role is suited to someone developing towards a full Data Architect role, with strong analytical, technical and governance awareness, and the ability to work across architecture, delivery and operational teams.

You’ll make an impact by: Supporting the Data Architect in defining and maintaining architecture standards for enterprise data services, pipelines, integrations, and common data models Supporting the development and improvement of common data models across finance, people, clients, operations, risk and compliance Supporting the management and review of governance, data quality, observability and supportability controls across enterprise data services Working with enterprise function stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, architects and service teams to understand data needs, issues and improvement opportunities What we are looking for: We value diverse experiences and perspectives.

Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: Experience working in data architecture, data analysis, data engineering, business analysis, data governance or enterprise systems delivery.

Understanding of data modelling, data integration, data flows and enterprise data structures.

Ability to interpret architecture principles and apply them to practical delivery scenarios.

Experience working with enterprise functions such as finance, people, clients, operations, risk or compliance.

Understanding of data quality, data governance, lineage, metadata, ownership and control concepts.

Ability to review data designs, identify inconsistencies and recommend practical improvements.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex data processes and dependencies.
