We are searching for an experienced Associate Director, eDiscovery. Make an Impact at RSM UK. RSM UK's Forensic Technology practice is expanding its eDiscovery capability, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to play a key leadership role. In this position, you will lead complex eDiscovery engagements across litigation, regulatory investigations, and internal corporate matters, combining deep technical expertise with strong client advisory skills.
You will take ownership of the full eDiscovery lifecycle, from data collection through to production, while acting as a trusted advisor to law firms and corporate clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape workflows, influence strategic decisions, and contribute directly to the continued growth of RSM’s eDiscovery offering. Working closely with colleagues across Digital Forensics, investigations, and counter fraud teams, you will help deliver integrated and defensible data solutions for clients facing complex challenges.

You will make an impact by:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of eDiscovery engagements across litigation, regulatory, and internal investigations, ensuring quality, defensibility, and efficiency.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on workflow design, platform configuration, and data strategy.
- Designing and implementing advanced review workflows, including the use of TAR and AI-assisted technologies.
- Driving best practice across data processing, quality control, and production to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members while fostering knowledge sharing and team development.
- Contributing to business development activity, including proposals, pitches, and strengthening client relationships.
- Collaborating across Forensic teams to deliver integrated solutions where eDiscovery and digital evidence intersect.
- Helping shape and evolve RSM’s eDiscovery service offering, including tools, methodologies, and growth opportunities.

- Experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards.
- Good understanding of data privacy considerations, including GDPR and cross-border data challenges.
- A collaborative mindset with experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development.
- Ideally, familiarity with tools such as Nuix, cloud data sources (e.g. Microsoft 365), and relevant certifications such as RCA.
