Our new colleague will assist in the execution of financial due diligence assignments on both buy-side and sell-side transactions and support the team in new business generation.Our Deal Services team is an award-winning team and highly regarded in the marketplace. The team specialises in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments. Deal values are typically in the 20m to 500m range.This role provides an opportunity for you to join the fast-moving world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. Working alongside a team of other professionals where you will play an integral role in leading the execution of financial due diligence projects, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as contributing to the continued successful growth of the business.You'll make an impact by:Assisting with client acceptance and engagement take-on processes.Undertaking and reviewing financial analysis, interpretation of outputs.Identifying key deal issues and commercial observations.Report writing and reviewing team members’ drafting.Liaising with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors.What we are looking for:Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people?
