We are building a specialist AI engineering capability within our internal tax technology function to design and deliver AI-powered agents, automated workflows, and scalable integrations across enterprise platforms.
The Senior AI Automation Engineer role sits at the intersection of applied AI, software engineering, and automation.
You will build production-grade AI systems, orchestrate complex workflows, and help define engineering standards, while supporting the development of early-career engineers.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering working systems into production within a governed enterprise environment.
You will see your work used quickly in real operations, with AI tools and automation adopted directly by internal tax teams.
The focus is on delivering high-impact solutions, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on real-world usage.
