Technology team supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey from defining a digital strategy and roadmap, creating a business case, selecting the right software, documenting user stories, to managing and assuring projects.Data analytics and insights team working with clients to help them understand their level of data analytics maturity and to develop a data analytics strategy that will guide them in achieving their desired level of maturity. We work with clients to identify KPIs and metrics they can use to track progress against their strategic objectives and to assess the quality of their data needed for those KPIs and metrics.You will be a problem solver, creative thinker, and self-starter, involved in Transformation projects and can demonstrate the value delivered to concise career development path, and promotion opportunities for those with the RequirementsExtensive consulting/industry experience3 or more of:Experience in technology due diligence, M&A and transactionsPost-Deal IntegrationCarve-outs and SeparationsExperience in industry as CIO/CTO/IT Director/SimilarA keen understanding of how IT / Technology functions operate, how they support, enable and interact with other business functionsIn technical terms they should be able to demonstrate experience of:4 or more of:IT Strategy creation / development / reviewIT InfrastructureCore Business Applications including ERP, Finance Systems, System Selection, Implementation and SupportSoftware Development Life Cycle and modern methodologiesCyber Security and GDPR/DPAIT Performance, Support, Integrations, Implementations and ScalabilityTechnology Organisation Structures, Operations and Strategy and Change ManagementIdeally, they would We recognise that our people are our most important assets.
