We are seeking a Board Coordinator and Practice Assistant to join the RSL LifeCare team. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support. This position demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of the Board and legal operations, contributing significantly to the overall success of RSL LifeCare.
This is a Permanent Part-Time Position - 3 days per Week
Our expectations are that you have:
- Significant administrative experience at a senior level, ideally supporting Boards, Committees, or executive governance functions.
- Demonstrated capability in coordinating Board and Committee meetings, preparing agendas and papers, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate governance records.
- Experience partnering with a Company Secretary or governance leader to deliver seamless Board support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including preparing presentations and professional documentation.
- Strong organisational abilities, with experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and complex scheduling for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with Board members, executives, legal counsel, and external stakeholders.
- Experience assisting with legal administration, including document editing, file management, correspondence, and tracking deadlines or compliance obligations.
- A proven ability to screen, prioritise, and manage high volumes of communication while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
