This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract with Full Time Hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm.
In this rewarding front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and service providers—offering a welcoming, helpful presence while coordinating a range of village activities and services designed to make life easier and more enjoyable for our residents.
What you’ll be doing in your new role:
- Enhancing resident experience by supporting lifestyle programs, coordinating activities and events, and managing monthly newsletters.
- Providing IT support and concierge services, including resident assistance, welfare checks, contractor check-ins, and responding to general requests.
- Organising and running programs such as morning teas, lunches, and guest speaker sessions.
- Managing communications including resident letters, program updates, and community meeting minutes.
- Maintaining village presentation, overseeing reception/lobby cleanliness, and managing parcel and mail deliveries.
- Facilitating transport, meal deliveries, and access to services like hairdressing and home care.
- Supporting resident move-ins with welcome tours, access cards, and concierge onboarding.
Our expectations are that you will have:
- A background in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service with a passion for people.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and solve problems on the go.
- A warm and approachable manner with a genuine empathy for our residents and guests.
- Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or community support role is highly desirable.
