Fusion is looking for a Project Manager. This is a full-time/permanent position in Essex with a hybrid working model. Applications from outside Essex will also be considered for the right candidate.
Fusion Project Management primarily operates in the public sector, with a focus on Education, but also covers Commercial, Residential, Science, and Health sectors. Fusion provides property consultancy services to a diverse client base and seeks a strong, driven candidate to join their expanding Project Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and define client briefs in collaboration with team members.
- Coordinate with the design team throughout RIBA Stages 0-7.
- Procure and manage project surveys, design consultants, and project teams.
- Oversee planning applications and support the planning process.
- Work with project cost managers to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Prepare contract documents for contractor issuance.
- Manage stakeholders, including directors, clients, and legal representatives.
- Establish site setup plans with contractors.
- Manage on-site contractor works.
- Approve payments and administer contracts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project is preferred.
- Construction or property-related degree is preferred.
- Full UK driving license required.
