Fusion is looking for a Project Manager. This is a full-time/permanent position in Essex with a hybrid working model. Applications from outside Essex will also be considered for the right candidate.

Fusion Project Management primarily operates in the public sector, with a focus on Education, but also covers Commercial, Residential, Science, and Health sectors. Fusion provides property consultancy services to a diverse client base and seeks a strong, driven candidate to join their expanding Project Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and define client briefs in collaboration with team members.
  • Coordinate with the design team throughout RIBA Stages 0-7.
  • Procure and manage project surveys, design consultants, and project teams.
  • Oversee planning applications and support the planning process.
  • Work with project cost managers to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Prepare contract documents for contractor issuance.
  • Manage stakeholders, including directors, clients, and legal representatives.
  • Establish site setup plans with contractors.
  • Manage on-site contractor works.
  • Approve payments and administer contracts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project is preferred.
  • Construction or property-related degree is preferred.
  • Full UK driving license required.
