- Support continuous improvement initiatives, improving data quality, processes, and efficiencies
- Maintain cost databases, rate libraries, cost curves, and cost models
About you
You will be an experienced estimator who plays a critical role in the pre-construction and tendering process, able to interpret, interrogate, and influence both design and construction solutions while developing accurate and commercially sound cost estimates.

- Experience estimating across all stages of the project lifecycle, from early budgets to detailed tender estimates
- Strong understanding of design, construction methodology, and buildability
- Experience applying opportunity and risk management techniques within estimates
