Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire engineering teams in a collaborative, digital‑first environment
- Manage delivery from concept to commissioning, ensuring projects hit scope, budget, and quality targets
- Coordinate with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams
- Keep health & safety at the forefront of all designs
- Drive continuous improvement and support business growth
Qualifications
- Degree‑qualified Engineer with leadership experience in multi‑disciplinary teams
- Background in design & build delivery, ideally in the water sector
- Familiarity with NEC3/4 PSC and contract administration
- Digital engineering know‑how
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions
