Overview

Oversee and ensure projects are on track in terms of time and budget whilst proactively managing risks and opportunities. Attend site to gather information and translate into value‑added reports and presentations which drive the successful meeting of relevant project Delivery Milestones. Champion sustainability principles in design and construction specifically around the minimisation of energy use, carbon emissions, waste materials reduction and the supply chain. Coordinate and manage the contract requirements relating to design solutions, construction and commissioning and ensure these are always meeting and exceeding Health & Safety standards and legislation.

Provide a proactive and trusted resource to the Project Delivery Manager to support effective and efficient close out of all projects to meet the client’s requirements and enable final accounts completion. Strive to continuously improve project delivery by closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand challenges and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and manage risks and opportunities.
  • Attend sites to gather information and translate it into value‑added reports and presentations supporting project Delivery Milestones.
  • Champion sustainability principles to minimise energy use, reduce carbon emissions, reduce waste materials, and optimise the supply chain.
  • Coordinate and manage contract requirements, ensuring design, construction and commissioning meet or exceed Health & Safety standards and legislation.
  • Support the Project Delivery Manager with close‑out and final accounts completion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Drive efficiency and outperformance while maintaining governance and delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects or coordinating complex tasks and activities to support planned outcomes.
  • Construction industry experience, with aspirations to develop a career in the commercial field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the region as required.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills and a collaborative, honest approach.
