The predicted salary is between 800 - 1167 £ per month.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administration support to the Commercial Team and Senior Leadership team.
  • Supporting the Technical Sales Teams in the preparation and management of client-based tender and framework documentation.
  • Supporting all aspects of company administration, file handling, document management, and support for areas such as preparing Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements and maintaining NDA records.
  • Maintaining up-to-date company information on internal and external portals, client databases, and online tendering websites.
  • Supporting other company administrative tasks as necessary, including liaising with other RSK group business units and departments (e.g. Marcoms, working groups, sector groups).
  • Supporting and maintaining the Sales and Marketing yearly budget and its tracking against spend.

Exposure and training will include:

  • Working on and with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Investigating new markets through online research and presenting findings in line with the business plan and strategy.
  • Assisting with team travel and logistics organisation as required.
  • Maintaining commercial records such as Project History/Client Feedback.
  • Preparing, administering, and organising Marketing/Social-Media/Website/Events/Campaigns and materials.
  • Possessing commercial awareness with a creative and analytical mind.
  • Planning, organising, and prioritising workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Using Microsoft Word/Excel with advanced skills.
  • Developing communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding and applying AI in appropriate applications and AI tool development.
  • Gaining experience in administering marketing campaigns, preparing social media posts for all current social media platforms, and understanding brand awareness.
  • Having the ability to take on responsibility as the business grows.
