The purpose of the role is to strengthen TWPL’s Decision Support Tool capability by combining technical excellence, data analytics, and client consulting.

- Maintain high-quality documentation — configuration guides, release notes, integration instructions, and knowledge-base content.
- Build compelling presales assets — demo environments, white papers, case studies, ROI narratives — and act as a trusted technical voice in proposals and discovery calls.
- Develop dashboards and BI outputs that communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in industry events and user groups — share stories, lessons, and best practices that showcase DST’s credibility and expand its user community.
