MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Cleaning Supervisor to join the team based in Llanelli, UK (Tata Trostre). This is a full-time, permanent position. The typical hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm.
The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments., * To deliver contractual obligations in accordance with client expectations

Completing safety documents prior to commencing any service delivery tasks

Ensure all plant and equipment used to deliver the service is sufficient, fit for purpose

Oversee the allocation of operational resource, covering cover 24hrs over 7days and manage the workloads/teams in conjunction with the supervisors

Ensuring adequate supervision is provided to all and to ensure the safe systems of work are maintained
