MSS Group (part of the RSK Group) are recruiting for an experienced Retrofit Assessor - ideally Elmhurst Accredited, to join a team of assessors and technicians delivering retrofit services within a social housing portfolio in North West London, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities - Retrofit Assessor
- Undertake Retrofit Assessments in social housing properties in-line with the current standard (i.e. PAS2035:2023)
- Ensure accuracy of data and high quality of reports using Elmhurst software.
- Be prepared to learn additional skills, such as ventilation testing.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- At least 1 years' experience delivering retrofit assessments
- Trustmark Accredited & Elmhurst Member
- Is fully versed in the PAS2035 standards
- Can demonstrate strong communication skills
- Able to work well with others
- Must be able and willing to stay away from home when required
