Materials & Structures, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Senior Technician to join the team based in London and the South East. This is a full-time, permanent position. We provide specialist inspection, surveying and investigation services within the built environment and offer consultancy to public and private sector clients. The department includes a UKAS-accredited laboratory for in-house evaluation of construction materials and detailed assessment reports.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a small team on site.
- Testing and sampling of existing structures.
- Structural investigations.
- Condition surveys.
- Liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience of leading a team is essential.
- Must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
- GCSE grade A-C in mathematics, English and science.
- CSCS card and IPAF, PASMA, PTS, IRATA qualifications an advantage.
Salary and Benefits:
- £32,000 to £40,000 commensurate with experience.
