This is a rare inhouse opportunity for a lawyer with a good grounding in M&A work to move client side to assist with the company’s continuing growth plans. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to continue advising on corporate acquisitions and to broaden their corporate expertise, advising our businesses both in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities- Provide corporate law advice with a focus on M&A related matters as part of the in-house legal team.
- Continue advising on corporate acquisitions and broaden corporate expertise across UK and international businesses.
- Support growth plans and advise clients on commercial and regulatory matters as part of cross-border transactions.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.
- A background in corporate law, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
