The role will require you to work from 9:00am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week, reporting to Administration and Client Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for clients.
  • Resolve any issues that arise with clients swiftly, including all emails and calls.
  • Keep clients informed of progress of projects and endeavour to meet deadlines on all projects.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Approve contract review and check scheduling.
  • Produce and approve reports and invoices.
  • Complete weekly invoice batch for accounts.
  • Assist with production of KPI data.
  • Ensure all project-related admin tasks are being completed and assist if needed.
  • Perform any other duties deemed reasonable for this position.

  • Experience in customer service sector is desirable.
  • Confident and well organised.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • IT efficient and able to use all Microsoft packages.
