RSK Group are looking for a highly organised Administration Assistant to provide core operational support to our Legal & Company Secretarial Team in Helsby, Cheshire. This is a part time role up to 24 hours per week, hours can be flexible from 3 to 5 days per week, ideally to include Tuesday and Thursday. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses specific experience in compliance and document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices
- 'Know your client' enquiries
- Electronic filing, maintaining accurate files and databases, ensuring data cleansing
- Docusign management
- Email management
- General administrative and operational tasks
Person Specification
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to work, with the ability to use own initiative
