The Vacancy The RSK Group , a leading privately owned environmental, engineering and technical services business, is seeking a technically strong Group Finance Manager to play a key role within its Group Finance function. Following sustained growth, RSK has become one of the UK's largest environmental and engineering services groups, generating annual revenues of approximately £2.5 billion. As the business continues to expand both organically and through strategic acquisitions, the finance function is playing a critical role in supporting growth, strengthening financial reporting, enhancing systems and controls, and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Finance Manager will lead Group consolidation, statutory reporting and external audit activities, while providing technical accounting expertise to senior finance leadership. The role offers extensive exposure to senior stakeholders, complex accounting matters and strategic initiatives, with significant scope to shape the finance function within a rapidly growing global organisation.
